CMP, CPT, Bachelor's in Kinesiology: Exercise Science

Candice Lopez, Certified Massage Practitioner through the state of California (#59559), has been practicing massage therapy since completing her training with the California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo in 2014. Candice was raised in Tulare and attended Tulare Western High School. She has been involved in sports throughout her life, but early on suffered various injuries to her back and knees. By the age of seventeen, Candice had already had both ACL ligaments replaced, and had overcome a painful back injury. These injuries sparked her passion for holistic health and well-being. She found relief from her own pain through muscle releases and adjustments while under the care of a Chiropractor who is an Active Release Technique Provider. After massage school Candice then got certified in Active Release Technique to help others with the same injuries. Candice is also a certified personal trainer, and has received her bachelor's degree is Kinesiololgy: Exercise Science from Fresno State.  She values knowledge as the means by which she can better facilitate each client's healing process, as well as indulging her love of teaching people about their own bodies.
